ICC Releases Its New Arbitration Rules

The International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) released its new Arbitration and ADR Rules on September 12, 2011, in Paris. The Rules, effective on January 1, 2012, address developing issues in international arbitration, such as multiparty contracts and causes of delay and excessive costs. Read the ICC press release here. ICC to Unveil New Arbitration Rules at Conference | Paris, Sept. 12-13, 2011

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules of Arbitration have been newly revised to take into account current requirements and developments in arbitration practice and procedure since the last revision in 1998.
