IBA Updates Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration

Singapore International Arbitration Centre Releases its Revised Arbitration Rules

The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) released its new arbitration rules which took effect on July 1, 2010. The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) launched its Arbitration and Mediation Rules for its India subsidiary at a conference held on April 17, 2010 at the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers in Mumbai.
