Fifth Circuit Finds that Nonsignatories Are Bound by Decedent’s Arbitration Agreement

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit held last week that nonsignatories plaintiffs were bound by the arbitration agreement between decedent and his employer. In Graves v.
