HEALTH Act Addresses Medical Liability

82nd Texas Legislature Convenes

Wall Street Reform Signed Into Law: Arbitration Provisions

As readers may already know, last week, President Barack Obama signed into law the Restoring American Financial Stability Act of 2010 (a.k.a. the “Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act”). Financial Reform Bill Moves into House-Senate Committee: Limits on Predispute Arbitration Clauses
