Singapore International Arbitration Centre Releases its Revised Arbitration Rules

The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) released its new arbitration rules which took effect on July 1, 2010. The new rules bring the SIAC more in line with the rules at other arbitral institutions. UNCITRAL Issues New Arbitration Rules

On June 25, 2010, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) adopted its revised UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The revised rules will be effective as of August 15, 2010. The International Bar Association Adopts New Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration

The International Bar Association (IBA) has approved a new version of its Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration. The revised version (discussed here) was approved with minor amendments. The revised Rules will apply to all arbitrations in which the parties agree to apply the IBA Rules after May 29, 2010. LCIA India Unveils its Arbitration and Mediation Rules

The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) launched its Arbitration and Mediation Rules for its India subsidiary at a conference held on April 17, 2010 at the Taj Mahal Palace and Towers in Mumbai.
