Today, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, dismissed Lance Armstrong lawsuit against the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). Last Friday, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, held a hearing on Lance Armstrong’s suit against USADA. The court was asked to decide whether or not it should enjoin USADA from enforcing an arbitration deadline against Armstrong while the lawsuit progresses.
