There are many exciting things happening at Disputing! On May 24th, Karl’s Practice Points submission, “Texas Supreme Court Rejects Manifest Disregard,” was published by the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation-ADR. In addition, our blog post entitled “Lawsuit Challenging the Department of Labor’s Ban on Class Action Waivers in Arbitration Filed in N. D. Texas” was recently featured on the weekly list of Top 10 Blog Posts on Texas Bar Today. Finally, “Special Masters: A Different Answer to a Perennial Problem” by Merril Hirsh, James M. Rhodes, and Karl Bayer will appear in the next issue of the ABA’s Judges’ Journal. Please stay tuned to Disputing for more information on the article once it is published!
