We’re excited to announce that the office of Karl Bayer, Dispute Resolution Expert (KBDRE), has outgrown its North Austin facilities!

Beginning this month, we will be expanding operations to facilities across the city. We are thrilled to make this move to better accommodate the increasingly diverse needs of a growing number of local, national and international clients.

What will this mean to you?

  • You’ll still call Alyson at the same phone number 512-345-8537.
  • We’ll still work as hard with you on pre-mediation preparation.
  • You’ll still get the same post-mediation follow-up from Karl.

In addition to the same hard work and service we’ve always provided, now you’ll also benefit from:

  • Full Scalability – We will now be able to accommodate any size mediation or arbitration.
  • Flexible Options – Every aspect of the day can now be customized for your client, from facility size and location to services and amenities.
  • Reduced Overhead – Choose to host the mediation or arbitration at your own facilities and we’ll discount services, reducing costs for you and your client.

This is only one of many exciting changes to come! You can still reach us at the same number – 512-345-8537 – and we invite you to call us anytime for more information about this new chapter for KBDRE.

Note that our mailing address has changed. Starting today, please update your contact information (or download an updated vCard) with our new mailing address:

14900 Avery Ranch Blvd, Suite C200

Austin, TX 78717-3961

As Austin becomes the nation’s new startup and technology capital, we are committed to continuously adapting and growing to meet your private dispute resolution needs in these expanding sectors.

We will also keep you in the loop via email as we continue to grow and we look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

Sincerely,
Karl Bayer

About Renee Kolar

Renée Kolar received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in December 2012 and passed the February 2013 Texas Bar Exam. Her experience living abroad and studying translation taught her that misunderstandings between people arise not just from their language differences, but also from the absence of a shared cultural background.
